Selected Secondary Rooms
Secondary spaces are one of the easiest ways to add function to a home, and one of the easiest places for a remodel to feel like an afterthought if comfort and layout aren’t solved early. Finished well, a basement, attic, or bonus room shouldn’t feel “converted.” It should feel like it belongs in the house.
You’ll see a mix of basement finishes, attic conversions, and bonus room renovations designed for real life. If you’re deciding what’s worth investing in, focus on what changes daily use: a layout that fits the purpose, comfort that’s handled before finishes go in, and clean details that connect the space to the rest of the home.
What we typically address:
- Layout planning around how you’ll use the room (office, guest, media, play)
- Comfort planning early, including moisture control and insulation where needed
- Finished details like trim, lighting, and built-ins when they add function
- A result that feels integrated, not like a converted space
Blue Bell Attic
This Blue Bell attic was finished to feel like a true bedroom-level space, not an afterthought. The sloped ceiling and skylight were treated as part of the design, with clean lighting and trim work that keeps the room feeling open. Built-in bench seating and shelving add function without taking up floor space. The adjoining bath, with custom makeup vanity, keeps the suite practical for everyday use.

Jamison Basement
This Jamison basement was built for entertaining! The bar area anchors the space with warm wood, comfortable seating, and dimmable vintage-inspired lighting. Custom details such as the built-in wine rack, coffered ceiling tiles, and finished stair connection make the lower level feel integrated with the rest of the home. Special attention was given to accent wall treatments such as contrasting paint, wallpaper, and brick to denote areas of interest. For overnight guests, the extra bedroom and bathroom will exceed expectations for style and comfort.

Lower Gwynedd Laundry Rooms
These Lower Gwynedd laundry rooms are designed to work and create efficiency down to every precious square foot. One layout uses an L-shaped counter run with a utility sink and a dedicated folding or work surface. The metallic picket tile backsplash gives the space a dramatic verve. The other focuses on clean, bright cabinetry, durable counters, and built-in storage. The personality feature here taking place on the geometric patterned floor.

Jamison Foyer
This Jamison foyer remodel focuses on first impressions and daily feel. The stairwork combines white oak wood treads and handrails with black balusters for a crisp, modern line. Thoughtfully placed stair runners supply visual texture and safety. Custom paneled wainscoting and the darker accent wall add depth, without making the entry feel heavy. The updated alabaster lighting refines the style, making the whole space feel elevated and finished from the moment you walk in.
